Adiba Bintey Kamal is the Coordinator – Business Development and Knowledge Management at SDS (Shariatpur Development Society). She is a climate resilience and development professional with expertise in grant management, knowledge management, climate policy, locally led adaptation, programme management, research coordination, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based advocacy.

Adiba holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Disaster and Human Security Management from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). Before joining SDS in June 2026, she worked at the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD). In her current role, she leads initiatives to strengthen business development, knowledge management, climate resilience programming, strategic partnerships, documentation, organizational learning, and communication.
