Distribution of checks to entrepreneurs under the “Sub-Project on Product Quality Improvement, Branding and E-Commerce Based Marketing of Small Enterprises” Which is implemented by SDS with the financial and technical support of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF).
Mr. Rabeya Begum (Executive Director), Mr. BM Kamrul Hasan (Director MF), Mr. MD Easin Khan (Deputy Director, Finance & Accounts), Mrs. Amala Das (Deputy Director, Human Resource Department) and other officials were present in the check distribution ceremony.

Playing Items Distribution Ceremony was held at UNO Sadar office Hall Room on 11 October 2023 under the project of EMPOWER funded by Educo Bangladesh and implemented by SDS. Mr. Jyoti Bikash Chandra, UNO, Sadar, Shariatpur was present here as chief guest and Mr. Anondamoy Bhowmik, USEO, Sadar, Shariatpur was present here as a special guest. All Headmasters of 20 Secondary School of sadar upazila in Shariatpur and 20 active Members of Adolescent & Youth Club was also present here. They received from UNO a set of playing items (1 football, 1 volleyball, 6 Tennis ball, 1 volleyball net for 19 schools) and (4 badminton, 1 net, 12 feather and 6 tennis ball for Angaria Girls High School). Mr. BM Kamroul Hassan was presided over the program.

ADB representative Mrs. Shimako Takahashi (evaluation specialist and mission leader, ADB) visited the field level activities of the MDP project being implemented by SDS, jointly funded by ADB and PKSF.
Among others present during the visit were Mr. Alvin Morales (senior evaluation officer, ADB), Mr. Brahm Prakash (consultant, ADB), Mr. Luthfur Rahman (national consultant, ADB) and Dr. Mesbahuddin Ahmed, AGM (ops), PKSF.
Mr. BM Kamroul Hassan (Director MF), Mr. MD. Easin Khan (Deputy Director, Finance & Accounts) Mrs. Amala Das (Deputy Director, HR) and various officers and staff of SDS was present on behalf of the organization.

এসডিএস- এর পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা ক্যাম্পেইন ও মশক নিধন কর্মসূচি।
দেশব্যাপী ডেঙ্গু জ্বরের প্রকোপ বৃদ্ধির কারণে এসডিএস সপ্তাহব্যাপী (২৯ আগস্ট থেকে ৫ সেপ্টেম্বর) পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা ক্যাম্পেইন ও মশক নিধন কর্মসূচি হাতে নেয়। তারই অংশ হিসেবে আজ ৩১ আগস্ট শরীয়তপুর সদর হাসপাতালে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা কর্মসূচি পালন ও ডেঙ্গু প্রতিরোধে সচেতনতামূলক লিফলেট বিতরণ করা হয়।
উক্ত পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা কর্মসূচিতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ডাঃ আবুল হাদি মোহাম্মদ শাহ্ পরান (সিভিল সার্জন, শরীয়তপুর), ডাঃ মোহাম্মদ হাবিবুর রহমান (তত্বাবধায়ক, শরীয়তপুর সদর হাসপাতাল) ।
এছাড়া সংস্থার পক্ষ থেকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন জনাব রাবেয়া বেগম (নির্বাহী পরিচালক), জনাব বিএম কামরুল হাসান (পরিচালক এমএফ), জনাব অমলা দাস (উপ-পরিচালক, এইচ আর) ও অন্যান্য কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ।

EMPOWER প্রকল্পের আওতায় বাস্তয়নাধীন বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম পরিদর্শন।
Educo Bangladesh – এর আর্থিক সহযোগিতায় ও এসডিএস-এর বাস্তবায়নে “Enhancement of the Meaningful Participation of Adolescent and Youth through Wider Exercise of Rights (EMPOWER)” – প্রকল্পের আওতায় বাস্তয়নাধীন বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম পরিদর্শন করেন জনাব মোঃ মোখলেছুর রহমান (যুগ্ম সচিব, এনডিসি, পরিচালক প্রকল্প-২, এনজিও বিষয়ক ব্যুরো) ও এডুকো বাংলাদেশ-এর প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজার জনাব মো: আমিনুল ইসলাম।
এসময় সংস্থার পক্ষ থেকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন জনাব বিএম কামরুল হাসান (পরিচালক এমএফ), ও অন্যান্য কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ।

Climate Action Network South Asia (CANSA) সদস্যদের এসডিএস এর কর্ম এলাকা পরিদর্শন।
বাংলাদেশ, ভারত, নেপাল ও শ্রীলংকার মোট ২৭ জনের একটি প্রতিনিধি দল শরীয়তপুর জেলার জাজিরা উপজেলার কুন্ডেরচর ইউনিয়নের অধিক দুর্যোগ প্রবণ এলাকা পরিদর্শন করেন। তারা নদী ভাঙ্গনে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পরিবারের সাথে কথা বলেন। নদী ভাঙ্গনের ফলে তাদের কী পরিমান ক্ষয় ক্ষতি হয় ও এর দীর্ঘ মেয়াদী প্রভাব জানতে চান এবং কিভাবে ক্ষতির পরিমান কমিয়ে আনা যায় সে বিষয়ে আলোচনা করেন। পরিদর্শনকালীন অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন CPRD-এর প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা জলবায়ু বিশেষজ্ঞ জনাব মোঃ সামসুদ্দোহা। এবং সংস্থার পক্ষথেকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন জনাব বিএম কামরুল হাসান (পরিচালক এমএফ), ও অন্যান্য কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ।
